1. How do I cancel my subscription?

Since subscriptions are managed through Apple, you must go to your phone’s Settings, select Subscriptions, find Ellē, and tap Cancel Subscription. You’ll still have Premium access until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. How do I request a refund?

All transactions and subscriptions are handled by Apple. To request a refund, simply follow the steps in Apple’s refund guide.
