We score our products on a scale from 0-100 and evaluate based off of nutritional composition (Nutri-Score) and additive safety, organic-ness and ultra-processing level.

Sugars, saturated fats, and sodium lower the score, as too much can lead to long-term health issues.

calorie content

Higher calorie foods receive a lower score to encourage balanced portions.

what are ultra-processed foods?

These are highly processed foods made mostly from refined ingredients, additives, and preservatives, with little to no whole foods. Think sugary cereals, packaged snacks, and processed meats.
