1. I forgot my password. How do I reset?

No worries! You can easily reset your password by clicking "Forgot Password?" from the login page of the app.

2. How is my data managed?

3. How can I delete my account?

We’re sorry to see you go! If you’d like to delete your account and all associated data, go into the Ellē app → Open the Settings tab → Where you can tap Delete my Account and Data.

4. Why is my account blocked? How do I fix this?

We’re a small team at Ellē and rely on our amazing community to help keep product information accurate. If an account repeatedly submits non-product images (like cute cat photos or random objects) or incorrect information, we may temporarily block it. If this happened by mistake, no worries—just reach out to us through our contact form, and we’ll be happy to help!

5. Does Ellē sell my data?
